Meet The Team

Nick Costanzo

Costanzo brings more than 17 years of restaurant experience to Freedom Street Social, including opening 26 Marco’s Pizza stores in metro Denver. A longtime Arvada resident, Costanzo is passionate about creating a unique dining & community experience and will be responsible for the day to day operations at Freedom Street Social.

Amie Costanzo

The former co-owner of the Marco’s Pizza franchise in Colorado, Costanzo started working in restaurants at age 16 and has extensive Front of House experience. She is excited to bring her new Pressed Coffee & Vinyl concept to Freedom Street for the first brick and mortar location.

Jeff Kaplan

The co-founder of 303 Capital Partners, Kaplan has 25+ years of restaurant and finance experience, including serving as the Colorado franchise owner for Giordano’s Pizza. Kaplan looks forward to opening the first of many Freedom Street Socials across the country.

Jon Morgan

The co-founder of Chicago-based Interra Realty, Morgan has spent nearly 20 years working in commercial real estate sales and brokerage. Morgan specializes in mixed-use, retail and restaurant development and is the co-owner of several bars and restaurants in Chicago.

Cameron Cummins

The co-founder of Pivotal Growth Partners and owner of inHOUSE Marketing, Cummins has 20+ years of restaurant growth and franchising experience. With a focus on hands-on growth execution, Cummins has worked with a wide variety of top national brands, including Marco’s Pizza, A&W, Lexus, Yum! Brands and Clear Channel.

Robert Croak

Robert Croak has been a lifelong restaurant employee, owner and developer. With 30+ years of experience Croak has maintained his love for food and working with great partners in fast-casual, family style and high-end dynamic concepts. Croak has a strong background in design and aesthetic and is proud to be part of this amazing team.

Chef Tajahi Cooke

Chef Cooke is proud to bring The Supper Club, a monthly chef-driven pop-up to Freedom Street Social for a permanent residency in Spring 2022. Chef Cooke has extensive culinary experience, including his role as Executive Chef at the Kitchen Next Door American Eatery, Mother Tongue and Biju’s Little Curry Shop. In 2016, Chef Taj and his wife Danielle founded Ms. Betty’s Cooking. In 2020, Chef Taj became the Head Chef Consultant for BRUTO and launched the Advocacy Kitchen, bringing awareness to local chefs, farms, and purveyors.

Gertie Harris

Harris is the founder of Colorado’s Fireside at Five, a community-driven programming, placemaking and marketing collective that marries experience with impact. Harris previously worked for Denver’s Sage Hospitality, helping to market Colorado landmarks including Denver Union Station & The Crawford Hotel, The Oxford Hotel, The Maven Hotel, Dairy Block and Larimer Square.
