About The Supper Club

Tajahi Cooke is a chef at first glance but getting to know him unveils his power as a community link and leader. Among his passion for self-expression in the culinary arts, Cooke has a purpose behind his meals by ensuring the experience is coupled with conversation, unity, and authenticity. These pillars provided the root of the Supper Club, which made its mark as the sell-out monthly dinner pop-up during 2021. 

August Guest Chef

Please welcome our resident for August, Chef Tracy Rogers! Chef Rogers comes from Charlotte, NC and is bringing southern comfort food to Arvada. He draws a lot of his inspiration from his Grandmother and the rich culture of Coastal Carolina Cuisine.

Chef Tracy started his culinary adventures when he got out of the United States Air Force and went to work for Chef Shaun Doty in Atlanta, GA where he helped open a fine dining French bistro that ended up being a James Beard Finalist in 2017.

Chef Rogers has traveled up and down the entire coast learning from some of the most distinguished chefs in the country and now works mostly in the private chef field sharing his love, passion, and knowledge of elevated southern cuisine in every dish he creates

Residency Menu

1st course: Shrimp and Pimento Cheese Grits – served with pickled fresno salsa and brown butter vinaigrette

2nd course: Roasted Mushroom Toast- with Roasted Farro and onion broth

3rd course: Pan Seared Pork Medallions – served over collard greens and cauliflower puree

4th course: Braised Lamb Pate a choux gnocchi – served with turnip greens and red wine demi

Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding – with smoked vanilla ice cream

Chef Counter Experience

Southern Hospitality – There is no menu, this is a true chef experience! Guests who secure one of the 8 available seats at the chef counter and sit and enjoy a curated experience presented by the chef. To partake, take an available seat at the counter, request a Southern Hospitality from the server, inform the chef of any food allergies and enjoy! – $55
